World Mental Health Day: Tools for Transformation

CanBeWell, in partnership with IASK, is offering a special World Mental Health Day event that invites participants around the globe to discover simple tools and techniques that empower wellness at home and in the workplace. The event will be held across three time zones, and all registrants will receive free access to the recordings and the accompanying Journal—a reflective guide filled with insights and inspiration from presenters worldwide.
