The K.E.Y. to Health is about Kinetic Energy YINtegration. That is, how to cultivate and engage in movement activities daily to build and store energy. Through energy building activities that bring balance and flow to the systems, health and wellness can be supported.
Qi YINtegration
Exploring the full range of resources created by Dr. Greenwell, this program uses the full K.E.Y. Assessment Page, Tai Chi, dance, the BioEnergetic Wellness Formula, Affirmations for the Body and BioField deck, It’s in the Cards deck, and a full repertoire of energy activation techniques.
The program continues to grow and expand each series. You can get started with the Little Black Book of Qi: Qi YINtegration Set 1 in the shop.
Feet First System
The Part 1 and 2 protocols have been used by dancers, athletes, seniors, and newborns to activate the foot sensors, gaits, and tissue. You can learn more from the videos prepared for this resource. Workshops and presentations available upon request.

This special playlist was created to get you started on a wellness journey with resources while learning. It is always best to have an instructor who can lead you and cater to your specific needs and adopted movement patterns, however, with these videos you can practice, learn, and grow with the seated Tai Chi.
