To join on online class, consider Movement and Music for Healing starting May 6 with Dr Michelle Greenwell leading the introduction to movement ideas through Tai Chi and somatic experiences. She is accompanied by intuitive musician, Colin MacLeod, on fiddle to bring more power to the energy opportunities of music in the body. You can register here:
To see the in-person classes Michelle offers on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Inverness County, check out the calendar. The CORAH class begins May 1 from 6 – 6:30 pm before the regular Tai Chi class at the Creignish Hall. Everyone is invited to stay for the regular class until 8 pm. If you live in West Kelowna, BC, Canada, you can check out the full schedule of classes in the area with Wine Country Tai Chi Society.
