One of the greatest privileges of my work is serving as President of CanBeWell, the Canadian Association of BioEnergetic Wellness. This role allows me to collaborate with exceptional practitioners, educators, researchers, and innovators who are passionate about empowering people with practical tools for lifelong health and wellbeing.
At the Greenwell Center for Holistic Health, I often speak about the importance of building a personal wellness toolbox. CanBeWell extends that vision by bringing together evidence-informed approaches, educational opportunities, and a supportive community that helps individuals, families, and health professionals discover new ways to cultivate resilience, vitality, and balance.
I invite you to explore the many resources available through CanBeWell. Our public newsletter is filled with wellness tips, upcoming events, educational opportunities, and inspiring stories that are easy to share with friends, family, clients, and colleagues who may be looking for practical approaches to self-care and whole-person wellness.
Throughout the year, CanBeWell offers classes, workshops, community conversations, retreats, and special events that highlight the growing field of BioEnergetic Wellness. Two of our signature initiatives are especially exciting this year:
- World Mental Health Day – October 10 brings together practitioners from around the world to share simple, accessible wellness tools that support mental health and everyday resilience.
- The Legacy Leader Awards – November 2026 celebrate individuals who are advancing the profession through innovation, education, research, leadership, and community service, inspiring the next generation of wellness leaders.
Whether you are just beginning your wellness journey or are an experienced practitioner looking to expand your knowledge, CanBeWell offers resources that encourage curiosity, connection, and lifelong learning.
I encourage you to visit CanBeWell, subscribe to the public newsletter, and discover how BioEnergetic Wellness can become part of your own wellness story. Together, we are building healthier communities—one person, one family, and one meaningful connection at a time.
I hope you’ll join us on this journey.
