“The Collective Shift: How Individual Healing Fuels Global Change”

What if the key to transforming the world starts with healing yourself? Friday, January 31, join Michaela Jones, ND and an inspiring panel of experts—Dr Michelle Greenwell, a Tai Chi and movement specialist; Marian Egan, a holistic practitioner and creator of Heart Art Magic; Angelica del Carmen, a spirituality and personal development coach; and Patricia Peters, a Modern Shaman and women’s empowerment leader—as they explore how personal healing creates a ripple effect that can inspire collective transformation.

In this thought-provoking discussion, the panel delves into the profound connections between individual growth and global change. Learn how healing your mind, body, and spirit not only impacts your own life but also fosters harmony and progress in your relationships, community, and beyond.

Discover actionable tools and insights for embracing your own healing journey, including movement practices, energy rituals, and mindset shifts that empower you to make a meaningful difference in the world. Together, we’ll envision a future where collective well-being starts with personal empowerment.

Join us for an engaging conversation that will inspire you to take the first step toward being the change you wish to see. Click the link below at 3 pm Atlantic, 11 am Pacific, for the live event!

How do you find a movement class?

At the Greenwell Center for Holistic Health we have classes running throughout the week both online and in-person. Tai Chi Cape Breton offers classes in Creignish, Mabou, and Inverness. You can see the schedule on the calendar.

Wine Country Tai Chi Society, which partners with TCCB in Nova Scotia, offers classes in West Kelowna, BC. They are hosting Dr Michelle for a special Wellness Retreat March 21-23. You can learn more here.

Have you considered a workshop, or the Qi YINtegration class? We have many different opportunities happening each month. You can learn more through our events page.

Join Dr Michelle with Colin MacLeod in San Diego in April for the 50th Anniversary of Touch for Health. They will be offering sessions throughout the conference and after. A great way to really dive into the power of movement to heal and harmonize the systems.

Or, consider North Carolina and the Marathon Jam special event. A NeuroArts Experience with Music, Movement, Art, Colour and Tea. Stay tuned for the full announcement for April 12th.
