Every day our bodies are communicating with us through posture, movement, breathing, muscle tension, energy, and emotion. Instead of seeing emotions as obstacles, what if they were invitations guiding us back toward balance?

That question inspired our newest podcast series, Emotions & Healing, where I am joined by two remarkable colleagues and friends, Kate Montgomery, HHP, ND and Denise Cambiotti, HCD CIH BioEW, to explore one of the most practical and empowering wellness systems available—the Five Element Theory as experienced through Touch for Health and the BioEnergetic Wellness Formula.

Rather than viewing emotions as problems to eliminate, we invite you to see them as intelligent messengers.

Denise Cambiotti, HCD, CIH BioEW brings decades of experience in Touch for Health, movement education, muscle monitoring, meridian balancing, and BioEnergetic Wellness. Through her work with Muscle Tuners International, she has helped thousands of people better understand the relationship between movement, muscles, emotions, and whole-person wellness. Denise has a gift for translating complex concepts into practical techniques that people can immediately apply in their daily lives.

Kate Montgomery, HHP, ND brings a unique combination of respiratory therapy, naturopathic medicine, sports massage, and BioEnergetic Wellness.
