Did you know that in order to engage enzymes for healing, you need to make a connection with another with the intention of healing?
The Science of Healing
In Dr Richard Gerber’s book “Vibrational Medicine: The #1 Handbook of Subtle-Energy Therapies,” this influential medical doctor writes about the power of connection from the science of enzyme activity. Specifically, he reports about science experiments in the 1940’s with Dr. Justa Smith, a nun and a biochemist, who were working at the Human Dimensions Institute at Rosary Hill College in New York that discovered that enzyme reaction increased over time when a healer focused on the healing activation of the enzyme, similar to measurements connected to high-intensity magnetic fields, (pp 298-299).
It was also noted that the enzyme activity was different for different subjects, but that the cellular physiology was striving for greater health for the cell overall, and for the organism. Magnetic fields could illicit change in the enzymes, but it was the connection with the healer that provided the impetus for cell changes for greater health.
Connection is Key for Healing
When people are sick, they often withdraw from others, isolate to get better, or shield themselves from others. It is important to consider the above science, because the connection with others with the intention to heal needs to be instigated for best results.
Connection is Key for Business
Have you ever had an idea that you wanted to pursue and you shared it with some friends who could support you, and you witnessed that idea flourish? How about when you shared an idea with non supportive friends or colleagues, did the idea fizzle or become harder to achieve? What kind of effort did you need to move forward?
We can approach our daily activities and our interactions with others as a means to heal and to move forward. How we engage and interact with others is important. We need to engage with intention to help, support, grow, and flourish. Then, the possibilities become very empowering for everyone involved.
Healing and Business – is that the same idea?
The desire to achieve, flourish and grow is paramount to both healing and business, but they have in common, the need to connect. Together we can be empowered, we can provide energy and vitality through our conversation, shared optimism, expansion of ideas through brainstorming and more.
At the Greenwell Center for Holistic Health we have many collaborative projects on the go. Our online and in-person classes are ways to engage, learn, and grow with integrative health tools, while connecting with others interested in being well and gaining self-care skills. You can listen to an older video I recorded about the collaborative process in Dance Debut Inc. before rebranding.
There is more. This week is a special project that Michelle has been asked to participate in. If you want to see how she brings her BioEnergetic Wellness Formula into the discussion, join in on this very special conversation about collaborative conversations for business. In the wellness industry, connection and healing are one!
