Join us for a special 8 week session as we explore the frequency of nutrition and the priority needs of the body to find balance and harmony. Using nutrition charts, biofeedback, the bioenergetic wellness formula, movement, connection, and introspection, the group will find their specific needs for wellbeing, while learning more about old habits, preferences, and opportunities. Self-care explorations will also have Tai Chi or movement based activities to help bring balance to the body while gaining whole-body movement flow.
