This special online program provides an at-home experience with Tai Chi and intuitive music to help you empower your self-care and wellness plan.  Dr Michelle Greenwell will introduce you to the power of posture and whole body movement through special exercises, Tai Chi patterns, and movement ideas.  She is joined by Colin MacLeod of Scotland who will be playing intuitively to the group and the exercises to maximize the speed and agility of your transformation from chronic pain, stiff joints, and lower energy into vitality and resiliency.  Dr Greenwell will share the BioEnergetic Wellness Formula for successful daily habits, and together you will be empowered to engage in a wellness plan that meets you where your needs are and what you need to be inspired.

No experience is necessary.  Seated and standing options for movement will be offered.  This special group will grow in skill as you are nurtured for your personal needs and goals.

The full session will be 12 weeks, from May 6 – July 29.  Tuesdays from 12 – 1 pm Atlantic. (8 am Pacific and 4 pm UK).  Recordings will be made and shared in a group folder for ease of practice and access to the intuitive music.  A special rate will be held until May 6 for those registering in the next two weeks.  Please share with a friend and help them to help themselves with these life skills for wellness.
