Fine tune your Touch for Health skills as you develop strong balancing protocols to do quick balances on yourself or others.  The simple techniques added here help to solidify ideas of the Five Element Theory, as well as interrelated muscles and movements.  Reactive muscles are explored.

Level 4 will begin Saturday October 12th.  In person muscle monitoring will begin the class, and online classes will resume following that based on the needs of the class.  16 hours of study will be completed, as well as 5 case studies to move on to Assessment.

For those wanting to gain all 4 levels, plus advance with the movement skills added to the studies, please consider the full Touch for Health Synthesis program plus Dr Greenwell enhancements.

Michelle and I go way back to the dance days and she opened my eyes to a whole new world that was life-changing for me in which I trained under her for my Touch For Health background. She is calm, positive and inspiring for her wealth of knowledge she loves to share. It was wonderful waking up to take the Movement Made Easy course with less pain and balance to start my day right.
