Description
Symphony of Radiance: Movement, Music & the Five Elements
Expand your self-care practice with this unique online experience blending Tai Chi, intuitive music, art, nature, and intentional tea rituals. Symphony of Radiance brings together seated and standing forms inspired by Master Moy Lin Shin—including the 108 Moving Meditation, Sabre, and Lok Hup—to open blocked pathways, increase mobility, support circulation and lymph flow, and cultivate whole-body wellbeing. This series is ideal for beginners, those returning to practice, or anyone navigating pain, stiffness, or low energy.
Dr. Michelle Greenwell, CIH BioEW, guides you through posture power, integrative movement patterns, and the BioEnergetic Wellness Formula to support daily habits grounded in vitality and resilience. Intuitive musician Colin MacLeod of Scotland offers live soundscapes crafted in the moment to deepen inner awareness and accelerate transformation.
A remarkable creative team enriches the journey each week:
-
Donna Hutchison – Harpist and wellness practitioner drawing from music therapy and vibrational healing
-
Brenda Bowen Cox – Musical therapist with deep experience in neonatal, hospice, and palliative care
-
Marian Egan – Energetic artist capturing class frequencies in symbolic, healing-infused artwork
-
Tanya Levy – Nature photographer offering grounding images to connect you to the rhythms of Mother Nature
This series is framed through the Five Element Theory, exploring Ko and Shen cycles and nurturing new patterns of wellbeing through movement, sound, and imagery. You can find this information in the Touch for Health knowledge.
As a special addition, the Cape Breton Tea Company will host a Tea with Intention segment each week. Participants may purchase:
-
The full set of teas and companion book for the complete experience, or
-
A sample set of weekly teas to enjoy during class
No experience is necessary. Seated and standing options are available, and gentle 40% effort is encouraged for those with pain, injury, or low energy.
Join us for this life-expanding journey into movement, sound, art, nature, and intentional nourishment—a guided pathway to clarity, resilience, and inner radiance.
