A private session with Dr. Michelle Greenwell, online or in-person, to develop a self-care program to meet your health and wellness needs.

Description

A private session can be online or in-person.  There is an initial resource form to sign before your first visit, which can be sent ahead of the appointment.  It is best to determine your goal for the session ahead of arrival, and provide yourself with 10 – 15 min of relaxation time before arriving.  Please drink water or herbal tea before the meeting, and both can be provided during the session.

You are in the drivers seat for your self-empowerment and healing.  Together, you and Michelle, will determine what the priority challenges are and the path you wish to take to look at and support them through BioEnergetic Wellness tools from Touch for Health, Therapeutic Touch, NeuroReflex Integration, Tai Chi, dance, and Dynamic Sitting.  Other tools may include, supportive healing card decks, therapeutic singing bowls, sound essences, tea, and more.

Michelle will keep a record of the session as she goes, and will provide a copy for you to keep in your own records. Your commitment to homework, activities, and personal support to your healing journey is imperative to the success of the session.

At the end of the session, healing will continue, so please leave 10 – 15 min to reflect, journal, and relax before diving back into driving and daily activities.  There is a marked difference in the research for those people who take time to let the healing continue, and those who stop the process and hurry back to their schedule.

The cost is $125 including tax and will be paid upon booking the appointment.  A session can be rebooked with more than 24 hours notice.  A failure to appear for a session will forfeit the session fee.

You are encouraged to consider the discount to book three sessions to empower the healing process.  One session can set priorities, and it is the subsequent sessions that start to mark progress, and the underlying layers to the initial concerns.

Online appointments will receive a zoom link for the session.  In-person appointments will receive directions to the Greenwell Center for Holistic Health.

Michelle and I go way back to the dance days and she opened my eyes to a whole new world that was life-changing for me in which I trained under her for my Touch For Health background.
