Sharing the power of 
Master Moy Lin Shin’s Tai Chi, Sabre, Lok Hup and Seated Form

This nonprofit group gathers in three locations throughout the year to enjoy learning and advancing the skills for harmonizing and revitalizing the body through movement.  
Michelle Greenwell is a volunteer instructor who supports the continued advancement of the group and students from around the island and on mainland Nova Scotia.
