Once the “bubbling springs” position on K1 has been achieved there is a complete relaxation that occurs through all the joints in the body. This is a great position for standing for long periods of time, for working at a counter, for standing on icy sidewalks or uneven ground. Once this position is a habit, locked knees, arched lower backs and tight shoulders can be a thing of the past!
