The synergistic blend includes: Thyme, Eucalyptus, Fennel, Holy Basil, Cloves, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Mullein Flower, Alfalfa, Elecampane, Licorice Root, Ginger and Cassia.  From the Tea with Intention Series based on the Five Element Theory from Chinese Medicine, this blend represents the Metal Element for Lung and Large Intestine systems. Each package has an intention on the front, as well as several on the back, as well as a special brewing recommendation.
