- Intro to Qi YIN: Learn a little more about how you can turn simple movements into healing power.
- Sitting – With just a tweak to your posture, you can begin to open the energy through the body.
- Standing – Change how you support your hips, back, knees, feet and more with a little adjustment.
- Breathing – Sometimes all we need is a deep breath and a little intention, check in with your breath through this video.
- Spine Rotation – With a little turn to the right or left you can fire up all the muscles in the body and more, take a look.
- Stairs – Learn how to properly go up and down the stairs to support the knees, feet and back, simple and profound tweaks.
