  • Level 2: Expansion into additional muscles and techniques, with an emphasis on the practical application in dance routines and injury prevention.
  • Level 3 & 4: Advanced exploration of the full spectrum of Touch for Health modalities, tailored to the unique needs and challenges faced by dancers.
