Have you been trying to heal on your own? Did you know that we need connection and community in order for our body to move towards balance and healing? Join us for this special class to learn more about the innate healing potential, and where healing really begins.

The post Qi YINtegration and the Innate Healing Potential first appeared on Greenwell Center for Holistic Health.

A 12-Week Journey into Biofield Science, Collective Healing, and Conscious Movement

For the next 12 weeks, Qi YINtegration will be devoted to exploring one of the most profound truths in healing: the body already knows how to heal. Our work together will focus on awakening and supporting this innate healing potential, drawing from early scientific discoveries, modern biofield research, and embodied movement practices that invite balance, harmony, and connection.

Long before the term quantum healing entered our vocabulary, scientists were already observing something remarkable.

Early Science: Intention, Enzymes, and Healing Fields

In the 1930s and 1940s, several researchers began studying how enzymes—the catalysts of life—responded under specific conditions of intention and interaction. These studies suggested that enzymes did not act solely through mechanical chemical reactions. Instead, their activity appeared to change when a coherent intention toward healing was present between a healer and the biological system being observed.

What these scientists were touching into—without today’s language of quantum fields or biofields—was the idea that life responds to relationship.

This insight aligns beautifully with the work of Florence Nightingale, who understood nearly a century earlier that healing was not just about treating wounds. By introducing fresh air, natural light, cleanliness, and a calming environment, she dramatically improved recovery rates among injured soldiers. Nightingale intuitively recognized that the environment—and the unseen qualities within it—played a direct role in healing.

Today, we can say this more clearly:

Healing does not happen in isolation. It happens in fields of interaction.

The Biofield and Quantum Engagement

Modern biofield science suggests that healing begins before biochemical processes take place. The biofield—our electromagnetic and informational field—engages first, influencing cellular communication and enzymatic activity. From a quantum perspective, information, coherence, and intention organize matter long before symptoms change.

This means healing often works from the outside in and from the subtle to the cellular.

When we move, breathe, focus, and gather with shared intention, we create conditions where the body’s innate intelligence can reorganize itself toward balance.

Why Movement—and Why Together—Matters

Tai Chi has always been more than a series of movements. At its heart, it is a relational practice—between body and breath, intention and form, self and community.

In Qi YINtegration, Tai Chi is practiced as a collective gathering, where each participant contributes to a shared field of coherence. When we move together, something powerful happens:

Nervous systems regulate more easily

Attention softens and deepens

The body feels supported rather than “worked on”

Healing becomes participatory, not performative

Whether we are exploring the Five Element Tai Chi set with sound and colour or engaging with our Kundalini-inspired sequence, the goal is not to perfect the movement, but to enter into dialogue with the body’s wisdom.

From Inner Focus to Outer Science

Our 12-week journey will move fluidly between:

Inner awareness and intention-setting

The science of enzymes, coherence, and biofield interaction

Movement as a catalyst for integration

Reflection through affirmation cards and group focus

We often begin by pulling an affirmation card—a simple yet profound way to establish a central theme for the session. From there, we set personal intentions, alongside an overarching goal that guides the arc of our practice over time.

This layered approach mirrors how healing actually unfolds: not in a straight line, but in spirals of insight, release, and reorganization.

For Those Who Are Trying to Heal Alone

Many people arrive at Qi YINtegration after doing “all the right things”:

Eating well

Taking supplements

Meditating regularly

Reading the latest health research

While nutrition and meditation are valuable tools, they are often not the fastest. or most engaging, path to change when used in isolation.

Why?

Because healing is not just a cognitive or biochemical process. It is relational, sensory, and embodied.

When you heal alone:

You carry the full weight of responsibility

Progress can feel slow or discouraging

Subtle shifts go unnoticed

Motivation fades

When you heal in community and through movement:

The nervous system feels safe enough to change

The body mirrors coherence from others

Insight arises organically, without effort

Healing becomes something you experience, not something you chase

An Invitation into the Field

Qi YINtegration is an invitation to explore healing from a quantum field perspective, where intention, movement, sound, colour, and community work together to support transformation.

You do not need prior experience with Tai Chi, energy work, or biofield science. You only need curiosity—and a willingness to let healing be something that happens with you, rather than something you have to force.

Over the next 12 weeks, we will explore:

How the body remembers balance

How collective practice amplifies healing potential

How science and ancient wisdom meet in movement

How to trust your innate capacity to restore harmony

If you are ready to step out of “doing it all on your own” and into a shared field of intention, coherence, and embodied healing, Qi YINtegration welcomes you.

Healing was never meant to be a solo journey.

The post Qi YINtegration and the Innate Healing Potential first appeared on Greenwell Center for Holistic Health.

For over 12 years, the Qi YINtegration program has been guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery, energy alignment, and holistic wellness. What began as a vision to explore the innate healing potential of the body has evolved into a dynamic, 12-week experiential program that blends ancient wisdom with modern insights into quantum healing, Tai Chi, sound, and colour therapy.

At its core, Qi YINtegration is about creating space for intentional alignment—physically, mentally, and energetically. In today’s fast-paced world, our energy can easily become scattered, leaving us fatigued, unfocused, or disconnected from our inner guidance. This program offers a sanctuary: a close, supportive group where participants can come together, set intentions, and cultivate energy practices that align the week ahead.

Register Here

The Power of a Connected Community
One of the most unique aspects of Qi YINtegration is its focus on community. Over the past decade, countless participants have discovered the transformative power of practicing in a small, connected group. Here, accountability, encouragement, and shared experiences amplify individual growth. Each participant contributes to a collective energy field, deepening everyone’s connection to themselves and each other.

This group provides me with a sense of connection and support like nothing I have experienced before. I miss our weekly gatherings when we don’t have them, and I enjoy seeing everyone’s smiling face on the call.

Through weekly gatherings, members learn to harness their energy intentionally, setting weekly goals that align with both personal and collective wellness. This conscious approach to planning and action brings clarity, focus, and purpose to daily life. Participants leave each session feeling centered, empowered, and prepared to navigate their week with renewed intention.

Integrating Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science
Qi YINtegration draws upon centuries-old practices like Tai Chi, the meditative movements of Qi Gong, and the understanding of energy meridians to cultivate balance and vitality. Combined with modern research into bioenergetics and quantum fields, the program empowers participants to access their innate healing potential on a profound level.

Through sound and colour therapies, participants explore the vibrational nature of energy, learning to harmonize their biofield and support emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Guided visualizations and meditative exercises enhance awareness of how intention interacts with the body’s subtle energy systems. By integrating movement, sound, and colour, the program creates a holistic, multisensory experience that engages participants fully and supports lasting transformation.

Setting Intentions and Goals with Purpose
Each week of Qi YINtegration is designed to help participants connect with their personal intentions. By setting clear goals and aligning them with energetic practices, participants create a foundation for both short-term achievements and long-term wellbeing. Whether focusing on improving vitality, enhancing mental clarity, cultivating emotional balance, or deepening spiritual connection, the program provides tools and guidance to turn intention into action.

Participants also learn to observe subtle shifts in energy and awareness, creating a feedback loop that enhances insight and personal growth. Journaling exercises, reflection prompts, and guided meditations encourage self-inquiry and help solidify these shifts into daily habits.

A Program for Everyone
Qi YINtegration is designed for anyone seeking to enhance wellbeing, deepen self-awareness, and step into their full healing potential. It does not require prior experience with Tai Chi, meditation, or energy work—only a willingness to explore and engage with the practices. Participants find the program particularly valuable when life feels fragmented, goals seem out of reach, or energy feels low.

By the end of the 12 weeks, participants report increased focus, heightened intuition, improved emotional balance, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves and the world around them. More than a program, Qi YINtegration becomes a living practice, a way to step into each week with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Join Us on This Transformative Journey
If you are ready to expand your awareness, align your energy, and activate your innate healing potential, the Qi YINtegration program offers the perfect opportunity. Join a community committed to growth, empowerment, and energetic wellbeing. Together, we explore the quantum field of possibility, deepening connection with self and others while cultivating lasting health, clarity, and vitality.

Step into a 12-week journey where intention, movement, sound, and color come together to support your highest potential. Align your week, set meaningful goals, and experience the transformational power of a connected, energetic group. Your journey toward greater wellbeing and quantum-level healing begins here.

Reserve your spot today and experience the Qi YINtegration difference.

The post Qi YINtegration: Align Your Energy, Empower Your Week, Transform Your Wellbeing first appeared on Greenwell Center for Holistic Health.

Uncertainty is part of the human experience. It appears whenever we face the unknown, stand at a crossroads, or challenge ourselves to grow. Yet, when uncertainty becomes a constant state — when we circle endlessly around self-doubt, indecision, and second-guessing — we enter what I call the Circle of Uncertainty.

In this circle, every question leads to another, every idea is met with hesitation, and every decision feels premature. We become trapped in a loop of “What if?” — what if I fail, what if I’m wrong, what if I’m not ready? The longer we linger there, the more that circle tightens, leaving us spinning in place rather than moving forward.

Understanding the Roots of Uncertainty

Uncertainty is a natural part of growth. Our brains are wired to seek safety, stability, and predictability. When something feels unfamiliar or beyond our control, our survival instincts activate — urging us to pause, question, and analyze before proceeding. In moderation, this mechanism protects us. But when it dominates our thinking, it becomes paralyzing.

This paralyzation is often linked to past experiences — times when our actions were criticized, our confidence was shaken, or the outcome didn’t meet our expectations. These moments imprint on our subconscious mind, forming an association between risk and pain. So, we circle back to familiar patterns of uncertainty, mistaking them for safety.

But there’s an irony here: the Circle of Uncertainty feels safe because it keeps us from failure, yet it also keeps us from success. It becomes a comfort zone disguised as caution — a place where we can justify inaction because “we’re still figuring it out.”

The Illusion of Control

Many people stay within the Circle of Uncertainty because they believe that by endlessly analyzing and preparing, they can eventually eliminate risk. But life doesn’t work that way. No amount of contemplation can provide absolute certainty. Every step forward — even the smallest one — carries a degree of unpredictability.

When we try to outthink uncertainty, we actually strengthen it. The mind loops between possibilities, playing out scenarios, seeking perfection or proof before acting. This overthinking creates the illusion of control, but in truth, it only feeds the chaos.

To step out of the circle, we must accept that uncertainty will always exist. The goal isn’t to eliminate it — it’s to move gracefully within and beyond it.

Taking the First Step Out

The beauty of breaking free from the Circle of Uncertainty is that it doesn’t require a massive leap. It begins with a single, conscious step — one small action rooted in trust rather than fear.

That step might be saying yes to a new idea, making a decision without overanalyzing, or trusting your intuition over external validation. Each step you take expands the circle until, eventually, it dissolves.

When you step outside the circle, the world looks different. The colors of opportunity and possibility reappear. You begin to see that the circle was never a barrier; it was simply a reflection of your own hesitation. The moment you shift from questioning to experiencing, uncertainty transforms into curiosity, and fear transforms into growth.

Finding Comfort in Movement

Movement — whether physical, emotional, or energetic — is the antidote to stagnation. When you move, you create flow. Flow is where creativity, intuition, and insight live.

This is one reason practices like Tai Chi, dance, or mindful movement are so powerful. They teach the body and mind how to move through resistance with grace. Each breath, each motion becomes a gentle reminder: life doesn’t happen when we stand still; it unfolds as we move.

Stepping out of the Circle of Uncertainty is an act of movement — an energetic decision to stop swirling in chaos and start dancing with possibility.

The Comfort of Chaos

It might seem strange, but for many people, the chaos of uncertainty becomes comfortable. It offers a strange kind of familiarity — a story we know well. We might even feel productive when we’re worrying or planning. Chaos can become a habit, and like any habit, it takes awareness and intention to change.

Ask yourself:

What am I gaining by staying in this circle?

What am I avoiding by not stepping out?

What could be possible if I took one small step forward?

When you become aware of how you hold yourself in uncertainty, you begin to loosen its grip.

The Power of Trust

The antidote to uncertainty is trust — trust in yourself, in your process, in the unfolding of life. When you begin to trust your inner knowing, you no longer need every answer before taking action. You recognize that each step will reveal the next one.

Trust shifts your energy from fear to flow. Instead of resisting what you don’t know, you begin to engage with it — as a co-creator, not a victim.

Every breakthrough, innovation, or transformation begins with someone willing to step into the unknown. That willingness is the doorway out of the circle.

A Closing Thought — and an Invitation to Step Forward

The Circle of Uncertainty will always invite you back — whispering old doubts, questioning your worth, or tempting you to wait “just a little longer.” But you now know its pattern.

When you find yourself caught there again, pause. Take a breath. Then take one small, intentional step in a new direction.

That single step is your declaration: I choose growth over fear. I choose clarity over confusion. I choose to move forward.

The moment you do, the circle breaks — and a new path begins to unfold.

For more than five decades, Touch for Health (TFH) has been empowering people around the world with tools for self-care, balance, and vitality. What began as the groundbreaking insight of a Detroit chiropractor has grown into a global movement, inspiring thousands of instructors, practitioners, and wellness seekers. For me personally, Touch for Health has been the foundation of everything I do — from teaching and workshops to writing, program development, and even creating the Cape Breton Tea Company and the Tea with Intention book and teas.

This blog post is both a look back at where Touch for Health came from, and a glimpse into how I am building on its wisdom today through movement, sound, colour, frequency, and the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine.

The Origins of Touch for Health

The story begins in the early 1960s with Dr. George Goodheart, a chiropractor in Detroit. Dr. Goodheart began experimenting with muscle testing to evaluate strength and injury, drawing on the earlier kinesiology research of physical therapists Kendall & Kendall from the 1940s.

What he discovered was revolutionary: muscles that tested “weak” did not always show signs of atrophy or disuse. Instead, he noticed that muscle performance could improve dramatically when he applied certain touch reflexes. These included:

Neurovascular reflexes identified by Dr. Terrance Bennett in the 1930s.

Neurolymphatic reflexes developed by osteopathic physician Dr. Frank Chapman in the same era.

Acupuncture points, meridians, and energy pathways described in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Goodheart’s work laid the foundation for Applied Kinesiology, a system that connected muscles, organ systems, and reflex points through energy balancing.

Making it Accessible: Dr. John Thie

While Goodheart’s discoveries were initially shared among chiropractors and other health professionals, Dr. John Thie, a chiropractor from California, saw the potential to make these tools available to everyone.

He created Touch for Health in the early 1970s as a self-care system for families, individuals, and communities. His vision was simple yet profound: to empower ordinary people with practical tools they could use to feel better, restore balance, and support healing in themselves and others.

Through the publication of his book Touch for Health: The Complete Edition and the training of instructors around the world, Dr. Thie sparked a movement that continues to thrive today.

Scientific Expansion: Dr. Charles Krebs

As Touch for Health grew, researchers and practitioners sought to understand the science behind muscle response testing. One of the most recent influential figures in this area is Dr. Charles Krebs, who brought his expertise in both neurobiology and biophysics to the field.

Dr. Krebs identified the energetic loop between the nervous system and biophysical processes, helping explain why muscle testing could provide accurate biofeedback about the body’s state. His LEAP program (Learning Enhancement Acupressure Program) demonstrated how targeted acupressure and reflex techniques could rewire the body’s electrical system, improve neurological integration, and restore optimal function to both muscles and cognitive processes.

Clinical Validation: Dr. Anne Jensen

In more recent years, Dr. Anne Jensen, a researcher at Oxford University, has provided important clinical evidence for muscle response testing. Her controlled trials have demonstrated its effectiveness and reliability, helping validate what practitioners and clients have experienced for decades. Her research is building bridges between clinical science and energy-based practices, strengthening the credibility of Touch for Health within the broader health community.

My Journey with Touch for Health

For me, Touch for Health has been the root system from which all of my professional and creative branches have grown. I’ve had the privilege of studying and mentoring with leaders such as Dr. Gregory Webb, Dr. Wayne Topping, Dr. Charles Krebs, Dr. Sheldon Deal, Dr. Svetlana Masgutova, Dr. Mary Jo Bulbrook, and many others. These experiences helped me refine my ability to listen to the body’s biofeedback through muscle response testing and to apply bioenergetic tools that bring the body into balance.

But my natural curiosity pushed me further. I wanted to know not just that these techniques worked, but how and why they worked — and how they could be integrated with movement, music, and colour to enhance healing.

Movement, Music, and the Spine

One of the results of this inquiry was the development of a spine reflex chart that links together:

Music and frequency

The spine and nervous system

Emotions and energy

The spiritual essence of the organ systems

This chart now supports two of my signature programs: Qi YINtegration and Movement and Music. These programs help participants experience firsthand how movement and frequency can harmonize the body’s systems and support healing.

From this foundation, I created two movement-based choreographies:

The Five Element Set – weaving Touch for Health with Chinese Medicine, sound, colour, and the BioField.

The Kundalini Rising Set – designed to awaken energy and bring alignment through layered movement and sound.

These sets invite participants to feel how movement can balance energy and activate healing in a way that is both powerful and joyful.

Tea and Touch for Health

Even the Cape Breton Tea Company, which I co-founded, has been influenced by Touch for Health. Each blend is crafted not only for flavour but also for its energetic properties — supporting the chakras, organs, and systems of the body in alignment with the principles I’ve learned through TFH. For me, tea is another way to bring balance, comfort, and community into daily life.

What’s Next: Touch for Health Expanded

In November 2025, I will be offering something new: the Touch for Health Expanded course. For the first time, I’ll be opening my movement-based programs through the Touch for Health lens, offering participants a way to explore healing through movement, sound, colour, and the Five Elements.

This will be followed in summer 2026 by a retreat on Cape Breton Island, where we will dive even deeper into this integrative approach.

Whether you are a former student ready to refresh your skills (with 50% savings on repeat classes) or someone who has never studied Touch for Health before, this is the perfect time to join. Together, we’ll explore the connections between muscles, emotions, organ systems, meridians, and elements, with the goal of living each day with greater vitality and self-care empowerment.

Why This Work Matters

What makes this program truly unique is the combination of experiences that inform it. Very few Touch for Health instructors also studied dance and Tai Chi, then spent a Master’s degree exploring how movement and TFH interrelate, and later expanded that into a doctoral dissertation identifying the BioEnergetic Wellness Formula that really is signature to this kind of wellness work.

This blend of scholarship, creativity, and embodied practice means that the insights you’ll gain are not available anywhere else. They are the culmination of decades of study, practice, and passion for bringing energy medicine to life in accessible, meaningful ways.

Join the Journey

Touch for Health has always been about empowerment — giving people tools they can use for themselves and their families. That spirit is alive and well today, and it continues to evolve.

I invite you to join me for this next chapter through the Touch for Health Expanded course in November 2025 and the retreat in 2026. Together, we’ll explore how movement, sound, and colour can become pathways to healing, balance, and joy.

Register in the Events section of the shop at www.greenwellcenter.com.

Here’s to living with energy, vitality, and self-care you can trust!

To deepen this exploration of Touch for Health and the science of muscle response testing, I’ve also been hosting insightful conversations on my Be Well with Dr. Michelle Greenwell podcast. Recently, I featured a trilogy series with Dr. Christina Ross, where we discussed the fascinating intersection of biophysics, quantum change, and musculoskeletal regeneration through frequency and field intensity. In parallel, I hosted another trilogy with Dr. Delphine Rossi, who guided listeners through the role of intuition in wellness, the hidden language of dreams, and the transformative power of spiritual healing. These episodes bring together science, energy medicine, and lived experience, offering practical wisdom and inspiration that beautifully complements the foundations of Touch for Health.

Audio Version

How often do you pause and ask, “What do I need today?”
In a world where caregiving—whether for family, friends, clients, or community—is both a noble calling and a daily responsibility, the answer is often, “I don’t have time.”

In the latest episode of “Be Well with Dr. Michelle Greenwell,” the focus turns inward in a powerful way. Dr. Michelle explores what it truly means to prioritize your own wellbeing and how doing so is not only vital for your health but also essential for how effectively you can support others.

At the heart of this conversation is the understanding that self-care is not a luxury—it is a lifeline.

Tea as a Tool for Transformation

This episode is steeped—quite literally—with the healing properties of Lucky Dragon Green Tea. Known for its high levels of antioxidants and rich micronutrients, this tea isn’t just a beverage; it’s a ritual, a moment of pause, a conscious invitation to reconnect with your body and breath.

When paired with intentional sips and mindful breathing, tea becomes a gateway to awareness and replenishment. It gently awakens the senses and provides clarity and calm—qualities every caregiver deeply needs and deserves.

Green tea also supports cellular rejuvenation, mental focus, and emotional balance. And in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it’s long been revered as a harmonizer of the body’s energy systems, making it the perfect partner for this episode’s theme.

As a shout-out, the Lucky Dragon Green Tea is part of the Wine Country Tai Chi Society tea breaks. Okanagan, BC, loves to shine a light on the unique recipe of green tea and grape leaves and hint of cherry flavour, paying homage to the vineyards and orchards in the area.

Wisdom from My Little Black Book of Qi: Qi YINtegration

Dr. Michelle draws on insights from her double award-winning book and program, My Little Black Book of Qi: Qi YINtegration, sharing tools and energy-based practices that support you in creating sustainable wellness habits. This includes body awareness techniques, energetic resets, and Qi-based exercises that are simple yet profoundly effective in reducing stress and building resilience.

By embodying these principles, caregivers can reclaim a sense of vitality, grounding, and purpose. When your cup is full, your capacity to give—to nurture, to listen, to lead—expands exponentially.

Dr Michelle shares a bit more about her involvement in Tai Chi, teaching from the heart, and the power of regular practice to support yourself and your community. She is a part of the Tai Chi Cape Breton club which practices in Inverness, Mabou, and Creignish weekly, as well as on her online class with intuitive musician, Colin MacLeod on Tuesdays, (you can sign up in the shop!!). Wine Country Tai Chi Society is also a part of her offerings as she hosts an annual wellness retreat for their club in the spring. Your self-care opportunities are within reach.

Self-Care as a Gift to Your Community

What’s most inspiring about this episode is the connection between individual wellness and collective wellbeing. When we each take responsibility for our own energy, we ripple out a more grounded, present, and compassionate vibration into the spaces we inhabit.

Self-care becomes a gift to community, not just a private act. A nourished caregiver models healthy boundaries, inspires others to slow down, and often becomes a catalyst for deeper connection and healing.

So today, brew yourself a cup of Lucky Dragon Green Tea. Set an intention. Sit quietly. Sip with reverence.

And remember: You are worth the pause.

Join us for a special 8 week session as we explore the power of joint mobility to bring a bounce into your day, and a freedom in your heart. With movement, intention, group connection, and explorations of muscle, tendon, bone, joint, and fascia release, this is a gentle nudge to release tension and find calm and peace in the body, mind, and spirit. Class is on Sundays from 4 – 5:15 pm Atlantic, begins on January 12 – March 9. This is a great community to gather with, learn techniques, release the stress in the body, and empower your joints and skeleton to have more power and agility.

We use the Affirmations for the Body and BioField deck for our explorations you can find the deck here.

What do you know about exercise?

“Exercise” is that buzzword that has followed us from the “looking good” era of the 60’s, to the “aerobics” era of the 70-80’s, to being out in nature with hiking and adventure of the 90’s, to targeted gym workouts and intensity levels in the 2000’s, to releasing stress in the 2010’s, to making the mind-body connection of the 2020’s and post pandemic. Wow, isn’t that a snapshot of time!?!

The Mind-Body Connection

The Mind-Body Connection: Are All Exercises Created Equal? Join Dr Michelle Greenwell and Michaela Jones on “Living Naturally with Michaela” today!

In this episode, they dive into the question: “Are all exercises created equal?” Michaela Jones, ND and Dr. Michelle Greenwell CIH explore the intricate connections between physical health, mental well-being, and trauma relief. Together, they’ll discuss why personalized approaches to exercise are crucial and how different forms of movement can uniquely support the journey toward healing and balance.

Join Dr. Michelle Greenwell and special guest, Kristen Mangione, as they share more about Body Wisdom in Part 2 of the Be Well with Dr. Michelle Greenwell podcast.

Exploring your Future Self

Somatic dance has become an incredible way to support mental health and personal well-being. The journey of discovery to notice how the body feels, and how it is moving, creates the space for reflection and change – your body wisdom. Kristen Mangione and Dr. Michelle Greenwell dive deeper into understanding the power of healing through movement as they explore movement to embody the future self through Dance Alchemy and Kristen’s project of Mapping the Heart.

Movement is Medicine with Body Wisdom

Michelle reflects on her experience with her Qi YINtegration program using movement with a specific formula for well-being to create the inspiration for change and free movement that body wisdom can provide. Together, Kristen and Michelle share their experience with their classes and students and how Dance Alchemy can be a catalyst for moving forward, releasing the past, and being whole.

Reflection as a Way of Knowing

Have you wondered how your life experiences might shape your decision making, or your emotional balance and flow? In this latest podcast episode, we explore how time and energy put towards advancing our experiences can be rich and rewarding.

Cheryl Brewster, the owner of “The Intuitive Life – Inspiring Conscious Changemakers,” and Dr. Michelle Greenwell consider what reflection means for understanding our experiences, but also learning and growing from them.

Are you caught in the story of your experience?

When we talk about mental health and mental fatigue, sometimes it is easy to get caught up in the story of our experiences, rather in the lessons and the gifts of knowledge the create and provide for us.

If you have been striving to gain insights and intuition about your life and the experiences that shape you, then this podcast is for you.

Tea Insights

Our tea for this conversation is one that has been featured on the YouTube playlist for Tea, on this channel – The Mission4Change CommuniTEA.

At the Cape Breton Tea Company our tea is created to provide transitional moments for people as they sip the tea. As we were thinking about what tea would be good for revealing the best of who we are and our gifts to the world.

Learn more about Qi YINtegration

This CommuniTEA blend was used in Michelle’s Qi YINtegration program last year. The group was able to engage in some incredible collaborations, and bring about a sense of community with ease on projects for personal growth. Our time to reflect creates the space for a personal relationship to develop, and by bringing in the herbs from this blend, their spiritual essence can lift us up and help us see more clearly than we may have on our own. For this episode we are connection with rose petals for their love and devotion, and chamomile to provide rest and rejuvenation. Cheryl and Michelle believe that their relationship embodies our goal today, and these are just a few of the ingredients.
