Advancing Health through Innovation

Welcome to the special projects that the Greenwell Center for Holistic Health, led by Dr. Michelle Greenwell, is supporting. Our mission is to pioneer research that enhances health and wellness through innovative practices, integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine, bioenergetic science, and contemporary health disciplines. By bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern science, we aim to create a holistic understanding of health that can be applied to improve quality of life across diverse populations.

Awareness and Observation

All the Greenwell Center for Holistic Health programs offer personal exploration for self-discovery, accountability, reflection, and recognition.  Personal research focuses on exploring the efficacy and mechanisms of holistic health practices, including dance, Tai Chi, and bioenergetic wellness techniques. Our programs are designed to produce scientifically measurable data that supports the integration of these practices into mainstream healthcare and wellness programs. Connection with holistic wellness providers, who identify and record the results of personal sessions, and class outcomes, create opportunities for understanding the impact of comprehensive, innovative, and impactful bioenergetic wellness practices.

The BioEnergetic Wellness Formula

GOAL SETTING AND INTENTION

All of our programs understand the value of knowing where one is going, so there is a compass value to any class, session, or collaboration.  This includes meetings, group gatherings, and company projections.

CONNECTION

The innate healing potential is engaged when people connect with the compassionate intention to support.  In our programs, sessions, and events, we intentionally create this collaborative approach for maximizing the healing potential.

AWARENESS AND ACTIVATION

Our programs involve identifying areas of stress and constriction within the body, mind, and spirit, and opening the spaces, heart and mind for better function and joyfilled moments.  We appreciate using NeuroArts to inspire these changes with colour, herbs, intention, music, movement, art, and connection.

INTUITION

Our intention to be mindful, present, centered, and open to change every day creates a cumulative effect on the energy and vitality with which we live. Intuition develops by repeating the experiences for growth and raising awareness to what bioenergetic conditions feel like.  Deep intuitive knowledge is our objective.
