Michelle and I go way back to the dance days and she opened my eyes to a whole new world that was life-changing for me in which I trained under her for my Touch For Health background. She is calm, positive and inspiring for her wealth of knowledge she loves to share. It was wonderful waking up to take the Movement Made Easy course with less pain and balance to start my day right. Big shout out to Colin and his fabulous fiddle playing and having the gift not only for our movement but for even thinking of the chakra notes that were needed to help us on our journeys.
