Movement & Music for Well-Being – Fall 2025

Movement • Music • Intuitive Art • Fables • Intention • Discovery

Continue the journey of discovery begun with our Spring 2025 Movement and Music for Well-Being program in this unique 12-week exploration bringing together Tai Chi, intuitive music, intuitive art, storytelling, intention, and BioEnergetic Wellness.

Designed as an at-home experience, this program invites you to explore movement differently—not simply as exercise, but as a pathway for noticing, learning, adapting, and discovering more about yourself.

Dr Michelle Greenwell is joined by intuitive musician Colin MacLeod of Scotland and intuitive artist Marian Egan to create an experience in which movement, sound, image, story, and personal reflection unfold together.

A New Dimension: Intuitive Art

For the Fall 2025 series, Marian Egan adds an extraordinary visual dimension to each class.

As the group gathers and explores the theme of the week, Marian paints intuitively, allowing the energy, conversations, movement, music, and experiences of the participants to inspire the developing artwork. At the end of the session, she shares what she noticed and experienced while creating the painting.

Each completed work also offers a frequency number that participants can explore in relation to the body and their own experience. Marian adds a numerology perspective, providing another lens through which participants can reflect upon the painting, the week’s theme, and their own discoveries.

The result is a visual representation of each class that continues to invite exploration long after the session has ended.

Fables, Perspective, and Possibility

Michelle adds another layer to the Fall series through specially selected and created fables.

Stories have a wonderful ability to help us see familiar situations differently. Each fable provides an opportunity to consider the goal or intention you have chosen for the program—or for that particular week—from a new perspective.

Rather than telling you what your experience should mean, the stories invite curiosity:

What did you notice?

What changed?

What possibility had you not considered before?

What might you explore next?

These reflections become part of a much larger journey of developing awareness, intuition, and confidence in creating a wellness plan that is meaningful to you.

Exploring the Essence of the Spine

The movement journey for this series explores the Essence of the Spine and its relationships with sound, muscles, posture, internal organization, and whole-body movement.

Michelle guides you through awareness, intention, posture, integrative movement patterns, special exercises, and Tai Chi principles. You will continue exploring sequences from the 108-movement Tai Chi form developed by Master Moy Lin Shin, with both seated and standing options, while also discovering selected movement patterns inspired by Sabre and Lok Hup.

The intention is not to perform movement perfectly. It is to become increasingly skilled at noticing how your body organizes movement.

Through gentle exploration, participants can discover possibilities for greater ease, mobility, coordination, grounding, energy, and whole-person awareness.

When Movement Meets Music

Colin MacLeod brings his extraordinary skill as an intuitive musician to the experience, responding musically to the group, the exercises, and the unfolding themes of each class.

Rather than movement simply being performed to music, sound and movement become partners in exploration.

Participants are invited to notice how rhythm, tone, vibration, timing, and musical expression influence their movement and experience.

And while Colin plays and Michelle guides the movement, Marian paints.

Movement becomes sound.

Sound becomes image.

Image becomes reflection.

And the experience becomes uniquely your own.

Your Companion E-Book: Artfilled Wellness Volume 1

The accompanying book extends each class into a week of exploration.

Within its pages you will discover beautiful nature photography by Tanya Levy, journal prompts, intuitive artwork, fables, frequency and numerology explorations, movement concepts, and ideas to help you continue noticing and experimenting between sessions

Rather than finishing when the video ends, each week’s experience can become part of your daily life.

Building Your BioEnergetic Wellness Skills

Throughout the program, Michelle introduces principles from the BioEnergetic Wellness Formula to help participants explore how Goal, Intention, Awareness, Activation, Community, and Intuition can become part of everyday wellness habits.

You are encouraged to begin where you are, notice what you need, explore what changes, and develop practices that are meaningful and sustainable for you.

There is no single experience everyone is expected to have. Your observations become part of your learning.

Everyone Is Welcome

No previous Tai Chi experience is necessary.

Every session includes seated and standing movement possibilities, making this an inviting starting point for someone completely new to Tai Chi as well as an opportunity for experienced participants to discover familiar movements through a different lens.

If you experience movement challenges, discomfort, injury, fatigue, or lower energy, you are encouraged to make the movements small, light, and comfortable. Exploring at approximately 40% effort can provide an opportunity to notice the internal mechanics of movement without striving or forcing.

Over time, you may begin to recognize new possibilities for ease, coordination, confidence, and vitality.

Part of the Movement & Music Journey

Our first Movement & Music series in Spring 2025 explored movement through the award-winning Unwinding Trauma, Building Resiliency program created by Tanya Levy, Colin MacLeod, and Dr Michelle Greenwell and presented internationally in Tenerife, Spain, and San Diego, USA.

The Fall 2025 series continues that spirit of discovery while opening an entirely new exploration through the Essence of the Spine, intuitive music, intuitive painting, frequency, numerology, fables, and reflection.

The Spring series can be enjoyed as a companion to this program, but it is not a prerequisite.

You can begin your Movement & Music journey right here.

Come curious.

Bring a goal or intention.

Move in the way that is right for you.

Listen.

Observe.

Explore.

And discover what becomes possible when movement, music, art, story, and intention meet.

We look forward to sharing this remarkable journey with you.
