The content of this book is inspired by the simple and effective tools found in the Touch for Health system. Originally developed by Dr. John Thie, and further enhanced by metaphors in the Complete Edition by his son Matthew Thie, the tools are based on the original findings of Dr. George Goodheart. Following chiropractor care, linking organ systems within the body to muscle groups, simple and powerful programs based on Chinese Medicine and the Five Element Theory have been very successful in bringing pain relief, calmness, and harmony to the body. These tools can be used individually, or combined with other tools to enhance results.
