The artwork is a product of Tanya Levy’s photograph magic.  She photographs nature on Cape Breton Island and across Nova Scotia and then transforms the images into intentional pieces of art.  Infused into each art piece is the intention of the photo, the art, and the process of transformation for building resiliency.

On the backside of each card are affirmations that lead you into discovery and intuition around the area of struggle for the transformation.  Some cards have the power of an herb present, as well as the spiritual essence of the herb.

The cards can be used by choosing one card and placing your water or tea cup on top of the coaster.  The intention within the card will infuse into the beverage.  When you set your intention for transformation when choosing your card, you magnify the intuition and messaging you may receive around your goal or dream.

Games and Activity Cards to Balance your Energy

“It’s in the Cards” is a project embarked on by three CanBeWell.org colleagues on the presentation committee at the time: Tanya Levy, Paula Nowak Droog and Michelle Greenwell. Together they combined their talents as a counsellor, retired educator, and dance and movement specialist with their training and skills with BioEnergetic Wellness tools. Co-creating the deck they combined their talents with Therapeutic Touch®, Touch for Health®, Brain Gym®, Eden Energy Method, NeuroReflex Integration®(MNRI), Yoga, Tai Chi, and dance.

“The purpose of the deck is to provide a way for families, educators and individuals to learn about and use the valuable tools that are a part of BioEnergetic Wellness,” Michelle Greenwell shared in their webinar launching the cards. “We wanted a way to show people that the more you play with the tools, the more powerful the results and an ease and flow comes with their use.”
